All orders are shipped from our office in Bogota, Colombia.

We offer worldwide shipping with FedEx.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100 shipped to the US, Canada and the Americas. Shipping for orders from the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
All our items are handmade to order by artisans across Colombia. Please allow 2 weeks for production + 2-7 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Please see shipping times below:

Americas: 2-3 days
Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of the world: 5-7 days

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or taxes at the receiver's expense. The fee varies by country, and we are unable to calculate this in advance. If the customer refuses a shipment, they are responsible for the original shipping fees, import fees, and the cost of returning the package.
