Every Coro Cora piece is handwoven by artisans across Colombia, many of them women carrying forward techniques passed down through generations. In towns like Usiacurí, on Colombia's Caribbean coast, artisans shape Iraca palm fiber into intricate patterns using traditional weaving methods — the same craft their grandmothers practiced. No two pieces are ever quite identical; small variations in color and texture are part of what makes each item genuinely handmade, not manufactured.
